At Beaverton Resource Center, we offer limited Financial Assistance to individuals and families facing urgent financial hardships. This program is available on the first Tuesday of every month and is designed to provide short-term relief for essential expenses.

• Must reside within the Beaverton School District
• Must have never received financial assistance from BRC in the past
• Must have some source of income

• Rent & Utility Assistance: Limited emergency funds to help with essential housing and utility costs.
• Financial Coaching: One-on-one sessions with financial coaches to help with budgeting, savings, and financial literacy.
• Referrals to Additional Resources: If we are unable to provide direct assistance, we will connect you with other local organizations that may be able to help.

• Walk-ins are accepted on the first Tuesday of every month. We open our doors at 9:00 am. Arrive early, as funds are limited.
• You can also call at 503-207-5670 and take an application over the phone. 
• Be prepared to provide documentation of financial hardship, proof of income, and to make the process go fast, ID is always welcome .

At the Beaverton Resource Center, our mission is to connect individuals and families with the resources they need to navigate life’s challenges. While we offer limited financial assistance, our core purpose is to serve as a hub for support services.

We also provide:

• A Food Pantry Network with our Care to Share program for individuals and families facing food insecurity. (503) 591-9025
• OHP Enrollment Assistance to help individuals and families register for the Oregon Health Plan.
• Medical Services & Events through our partnerships with Medical Teams International (MTI) and the Care & Connect Program.
• TriMet One-Day Passes: Use for work or essential travel – valid for a full day. Available for students, parents, and individuals in need. Limited supply available. Must fill out an application to receive a pass. Honored Citizen One-Day Passes available for eligible individuals.

We are not government-funded. Every dollar we provide for financial assistance comes directly from the generosity of our local Beaverton community. It is through the kindness of donors and supporters that we are able to offer this help to those in need.
